The Harrison Street Department workers proudly installed the official Harrison Fest banner across Harrison Avenue in front of Town Hall. The banner is designed to let everyone know "the old school" way that Harrison will be having its 175th Anniversary Celebration Friday, September 18th, Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th. The three day celebration will include a opening day Mass at Holy Cross Church followed by the Gala Dinner on Friday, September 18th. On Saturday, September 19th, there will be a Parade down Harrison Avenue from Joseph Supor Boulevard to 2nd Street followed by a Street Fair with merchants including arts and craft merchants, food vendors and multi-cultural music and dancers throughout the day.
